This house is located on a family-friendly street/neighborhood in the capital area, only a 3-4 minute drive from downtown Reykjavik. It is also easily accessible for driving to Keflavik Airport/Blue Lagoon and the route to the south of Iceland, including the Golden Circle, Vik, etc. Just a few meters away is the Kringlan shopping mall and also Búllan, known as the best burger joint in Iceland ;o)

Our house is on two floors. On the main floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom, a large living room, and a dining area. From the main floor, you can access our backyard where we have a sitting area and a lovely Hot Pot/Jacuzzi. On the second floor, we have 5 bedrooms with beds for up to 16-17 people. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, Bedroom 2 has a Double bed, Bedroom 3 has a Double size bed and one single bed, Bedroom 4 has 3 single beds, and Bedroom 5 has a single bed and a Bunk bed for 3 people (the lower level has a double bed and the upper level has a single bed). We can also place 2-3 single beds in the open area on the 2nd floor. Also on the 2nd floor, we have a Laundry room and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. In front of our house, we have parking space for 2 cars.

Ten dom położony jest przy rodzinnej ulicy / w przyjaznej dzielnicy na terenie stolicy, zaledwie 3,4 minuty jazdy od centrum Reykjavíku. Łatwy dojazd na lotnisko Keflavík / do Błękitnej Laguny oraz na trasę na południe Islandii, Złoty Krąg, Vík itp. Zaledwie kilka metrów dalej znajduje się centrum handlowe Kringlan, a także Búllan, najlepsza burgerownia na Islandii ;o)

Nasz dom jest dwupoziomowy. Na parterze znajduje się w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, mała łazienka, duży salon i jadalnia. Z parteru można wyjść na nasze podwórko, gdzie mamy strefę wypoczynkową i ładny basen z hydromasażem / jacuzzi. Na piętrze mamy 5 sypialni z łóżkami dla maksymalnie 16-17 osób. Sypialnia 1 ma łóżko King-size, sypialnia 2 ma łóżko podwójne, sypialnia 3 ma łóżko podwójne i jedno łóżko pojedyncze, sypialnia 4 ma 3 łóżka pojedyncze, a sypialnia 5 ma łóżko pojedyncze i łóżko piętrowe dla 3 osób, na dolnym poziomie jest łóżko podwójne, a na górnym poziomie łóżko pojedyncze. Możemy również umieścić 2-3 łóżka pojedyncze w otwartej przestrzeni na drugim piętrze. Również na drugim piętrze mamy pralnię i łazienkę z prysznicem i wanną. Przed naszym domem mamy miejsce parkingowe na 2 samochody.
